‡‡ )  Russian loan word, Lit., “Eagles...”  i.e.,  &  e.g.,  “Loud-mouthed, redneck fuckwit...”  /  “Loud-mouthed fuckwit punk...”   =  (1)  Latvian sarcastic xenophobic term for any Russian,  presumed to be an arrogant dick & idiot,  ignoramus,  &/or Putin-supporting  fool, esp. if these Russians do not or refuse to speak Latvian;  (2)  also,  Latvian sarcastic term for criminally-, or aggro-, inclined teens & young adults.  These Russians or criminally aggro punks may think of themselves as eagles,  as heroes,  soaring high above everyone else ...  But everybody else isn't buying into the bullshit.
