   ‡)  “The Last Letter…”  NOTE: A reference to the Zetas, the largest & most successful & vicious narcotraficante cartel in Mexico, made up largely of ex-military & police, many of whom trained with US military & p0olice instructors at the infamous torture School of the Americas.  When someone rats on them,  they butcher them,  & their family,  & any acquaintances,  or employees or employers,  & their pets,  & their grocer,  & their neighbors,  & anyone else in the general neighborhood to send clear signal.
