   ‡‡ )  Russian loan word,  Lit.,  “[God damn Russian] Eagles...”  =  (1) pl.,  term for criminally-,  or aggro-,  inclined teens & young adults ;  (2)  also, in light of recent actions in Ukraine & Crimea,  a not-unjustified xenophobic term for any Russian,  presumed to be an idiot,  ignoramus,  &/or Stalinist   (or more likely a Putin-supporting)  thug & fool who wants to be part of Greater Russia again,  esp. if they do not or will not speak Latvian
