NOTE:  Puerto Rico = Rich Port.   Puerto Rico has been saddled by bankster debt for decades,  & the current American regime’s treatment of post-Hurricane Maria US colonies is par for the course...  Only, with reality teevee show insults,  lies,  & political stunts thrown in for ratings & for redmeat-for-the-trumpo-base.  The Spanish word for Puerto Rican is Puertorrequeño.  Hence,  Pobre Requeños.
