Ukrainian politics & business, when faced w/ a variety of shake down or such
requests as “we need you to do us a favor”, either from yr govt. or from
another govt., from business competitors, or from shadowy background figures,
you play the quid pro quo pay a certain fee, do that certain favor, &
voila, problem solved. Oh & you may have to do a press conference or two
with a certain American #FakePresident, & say that there was no pro quo,
no quid, of any sort…
