DUTCH:  Sukkel...  ‡

‡)   “Dork...”  /  “Wimp...”  /  “Pisher...”  /  “Putz...”  / “Pussy...”   [ But not “nerd” — nerds actually being cool after a fashion, or at least adept at techy things... ] NOTE: Frisian loan word, still used in Dutch & Frisian. Not the harshest of invective in either language... Still, useful as a sort of calesthenics,  invective warm-ups, to pace yrself.
